PrayerTab by Opsin Technologies is built with a local-first mindset. This policy explains what is stored, what may be requested from third-party services, and what control you have.

1. Data Storage

Your settings, widget layout, prayer streak logs, and personalization preferences are stored in your browser extension storage on your device.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run ad profiling based on your activity.
• We do not maintain a centralized user account database for extension usage.

2. Location and Prayer Times

Location is used only to calculate and display accurate prayer times and qibla direction. You can revoke location permission from browser settings at any time.

3. Network Requests

The extension may make limited external requests for product features, including:

• Prayer times providers based on your selected location and method.
• Geocoding and weather services when related widgets are enabled.
• Background image providers if background rotation is enabled.

4. Website Data

This website contains product and legal information pages. If analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated before rollout.

5. Your Control

• You can remove the extension at any time.
• You can reset permissions and clear extension storage through your browser.
• You can export and import local data where supported by the product.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
