2. No Guaranteed Availability

We aim for reliability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time.

Certain features rely on third-party APIs (for example, prayer times, geolocation, weather, or imagery). Their availability and accuracy may vary and are outside our direct control.

4. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for browser permission choices and local data management.
• You should keep your browser and extension updated for best security and stability.

5. Intellectual Property

Product branding, UI assets, and website content are owned by Opsin Technologies unless otherwise noted. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Opsin Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
